Katie was a real hateful character all the way through and I'm glad she stayed the distance because it would have been a lesser program without her. As to wether she'd been offered some bunce to back away (a tv deal mebee)....I don't know, but it sure made good viewing.

Anyone else notice that in the You're Fired aftermath her Devonshire accent really kicked in. I hadn't really noticed it before. Lends credence to the theory that she's every bit the actress.

If it was not for katie and her blatant comments about Adam - Kristina & Mavis & dereks then yeah this season would of been crap period.....

+ she will go down in history to be the 1st person to get to the final and drop her place and never got fired LOL

As anyone will know from my previous threads I thought Katie was GREAT! Her comments to the camera were hilarious and her take down of Adam in the boardroom still makes the hairs on my neck stand up.

That said I think it might be going a tad bit too far to call her "noble" or "heroic".

As as for those who persist with calling her ugly, well I thought she look particularly hot on Your Fired. And seeing her do those press ups on the Beyond the Boardroom documentary also impressed me - who were all those idiots on other threads who said she was fat???

As for her accent, don't forget that if they've all been out of the house for 6 months whilst Simon & Christina work their induction periods before SAS chooses, then she will have been back home for that time and as anyone knows, when you're back to where your accent originates, then you quickly revert back to it. Not so much a case of acting.
