Im on o2 contract now and only had them 5 days, and im really pissed , i at to ring them up today because of a problem with my tarrif ,which im surposed to get 500mins offpeak 500 text ,500 wap a month.The only number that i could phone up was the 0906 number charged at 50p a minute, when some one picked up it took them 5mins to get into there system? she said the computer was slow? for this price it whats to be fast !!! the problem was they were charging me for text in the day time and wap when it should have been free.After spending 10 mins on the phone she said that all my tariff was offpeak and because i used it in the daytime thats why i was getting charged,so she said if i wasnt happy to contact the customer service on 0870 and return the phone.So i phoned them up and when i asked to cancel the contract ,he asked why i was cancelling it, i explained everything to him and he said that it is free text and wap all day, so he said get back in touch with the billing department and tell them to sort it out, so i phoned them back up and spent another 15mins having a arguement with them telling them that i was just told it was free and they said no it is not free and she double checked,she said ring customer services back up if u wish to cancel,so i rang back up and they said it is free ? who the hell do i believe? anyway sorry for going on a bit but now im that pissed off i am now sending it back, if i do get another contract i will go with orange,at least there customer services is free....
