Sorry, but i just got the distinct impression that he was trying to put some votes in Lewis' direction at the expense of Keith, especially with the comments after Keith did his second number ... it's only a personal opinion, but i felt he was he trying to be a little sneaky!

Anyway, it's all irrelevant .... Lee only won because he got the Englitch vote .. i'm sick of all those Englitch people voting for their local lad, and ignoring the whole idea of voting for the best and most talented person ... it's quite embarrassing ... when are you Englitch people gonna vote fairly?

(... and if anyone thinks that's quite sad, well ... now you know how it feels having to listen to the constant jock-bashing!)

I agree with you here, but I'm not sure it was about vote splitting to help Lee. I think that Lewis was ALW's favourite right from the start and although at this stage, he had accepted he wasn't likely to win, he wanted him to pip Keith for second place (and then perhaps he could sort out a few shows a week for him or something).

Lets hope Lee can do the same in the West End,

I was closing my eyes waiting for that final result to come through dreading the thought that Keith may of got it, thankfully the right guy won.

WELL DONE LEE !”

I saw Jonathan Parkin in Joseph about 3 months ago and he did a great job in difficult circumstances. The smoke effects set of the theatre fire alarm and we were all evacuated, then the sound system cut out and the performance had to stop for over an hour.

He brilliantly turned around a restless crowd and stole the show.

Well, we sort of agree ... we both think he was trying to tip a few votes in favour of Lewis!

I had never heard of Jonathan or seen him until he appeared in the list of "JOSEPH'S"

It is interesting to read through the list, how many have become household names? Darren Day (Not)

I saw Darren Day in the touring production. A few of my friends are in the choir and they said he wasn't very nice and had a bad temper....they preferred the understudy lol

Yes! Darren Day - it is a shame how many who take lead roles (I will not call them Leading Men get a little carried away) - LOL

I don't know if they were there on Saturday but 8 girls from a Billericay stage school are going to be in the chorus for Joseph.

They are aged between 8 and 12 so can only be the choir.

Eventually got to watch the final last night ...and what a final it was! Everyone had great performances and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I think that was what made such a big difference to Lewis' performance...

OMG I totally agree. They couldn't even clap in time - all starting and stopping in the wrong places!! First thought was 'our choir would have been better'. Sounds biased, I know, but children from our school have been in the chorus for the professional touring production heaps of times. They wouldn't have dared act like that on tv...our school is awfully strict.
