Did Sir Alan ask for Katie to be vilified?

After SAS's disgust at Katie's resignation, do you think that he asked the producers, or the producers decided themselves, that Katie should be made to look worse than she actually was.

Maybe she also made nice remarks about some contestants during her "monologues". It's been reported that she's had dinner with Tre since the show started, did she make compliments to him that were never aired?

Tra and Katie are very complimentary about each other. Tre's interviews tell us he thinks they should have made the final instead of "mediocre" people. She called him her Lion - repeatedly.

You do wonder if anything was added back into earlier orogrammes to make it look like wise SAS had Katie's number because as weknow no one makes a fool out of him. Tre says Katie did precisely that and he claims he had decided he didn't want the job too.

Katie has been quite complementary about many of the other candidates not only Tre.. but Lohit, Ghazal, and of course her one time beau, Paul

It was only Adam and Kristina, that she really said bad things about. And it is not like they didn't say anything bad about Katie, or that Katie pretended to like them..

It is very clear that the edit, not only on the apprentice, but the clips on you're fired too were intended to make Katie look bad.

She wasn't very complimentary about Naomi - she called her a 'golden retriever'.

It makes good television sense for the show to have a bad guy, and to show them getting their comeuppance at the end.

It was fairly clear from about halfway through the series that Katie had zero chance of winning.

At the end of the day, the producers didnt sit her down and tell her to say all those things that she did so that they could film it and make her look like a villain. She made the comments and it shows the kind of person she is and the kind that she deserved to be portrayed as. Anyone who writes on their CV that they stole another woman's husband is a villain!!

Sorry, but I don't think her "quips" require a great deal of wit or brain power. Most people wouldn't be up all night trying to come up with a belter like "I don't want to be associated with the sort of people who watch shopping channels". I'm sure her hooray "chums" bray with laughter at her every utterance, but I don't find her insults in the least bit clever.

Kristina 'outed' Katie's relationship with Paul. I don't think she forgave her for that.

But why would she want to keep it quiet? She's not shy about all the married men she got her claws into.

I'm watching the repeat of last week's show and I reckon Sir Alan offered her the job then totally on purpose. It forced her to decide there and then, and Christina and Simon were still in the room - he had it all mapped out in his head what she would do!! Tomorrow's final should be good!

I don't think she did. However, she wasn't pleased at it being claimed to be a reason to fire her.
