A quick question on picture and sound quality
TVman
08-08-2000
A frined recently asked me if he should get a chipped Sony DVP-S725 for £449. Which I thought was rather good value. Anyhow I was just wondering if she could get this or just get an unmodded Sony DVP-S735. The reason being incase the picture and sound quality. IS there any difference between the two players in picture and sound quality? And is it true that chipping can effect picture quality? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me

Chipping doesn't affect the picture quality whatsoever, and the 725/735 are largely the same in terms of picture quality - DAMNED good.

I think the features differ slighlty, but it's a damned good player either way.
