The Apprentice - alternative endings
The Apprentice finalists filmed two alternative boardroom endings - with each being told they had won and lost.
Filming of the tasks and boardroom scenes finished a couple of months ago, and Simon and Kristina have since both been working for Sir Alan. But Sir Alan only picked his winner on Tuesday - when BBC Two reaction show You're Fired was recorded - so the appropriate ending will be broadcast tonight. |

Was that done to stop the winner being leaked at the very start?

This must be really bizarre for the candidates.......trying to make such a false piece of television look real.
I wonder if they have lots of outtakes…… |

I got the feeling the program was edited with Kristina in mind as the winner. Her presentation came across much better than Simon's and Simon was shown as bumbling his way through it, which we learn on You're Hired wasn't the case.

This is the first series I've watched and I'm a bit disappointed with how false it all is. I've enjoyed watching the tasks, but I thought it was only filmed a month or so ago. And it seems the final task has no bearing at all on the winner. |

Talking about false - you see loads of shots arround Canary Wharf which leads you to believe that it actually takes place there.
When Simon left the building he left from "Brentwood house" - which is in Essex. |

Its even funnier when you see Simon getting into the car in Brentwood and a few seconds later there are shots of Canary Wharf in the background. Clearly the taxi driver got lost! In reality you should be looking at shots of Romford and Ilford as you drive down the A12 into London - you certainly wouldn't be that close to Canary Wharf. |
