Up here...
Drink once every time...
- The TARDIS materialises or dematerialises.
- A Dalek says "Exterminate!".
- The sonic screwdriver is used.
Drink twice every time...
- Someone is seen getting killed.
- The TARDIS breaks down or goes missing.
- The TARDIS arrives somewhere which isn't where and/or when the Doctor was intending.
The David Tennant Era
Drink once every time...
- You spot a 'Torchwood' or 'Saxon' reference - drink double if it feels really forced.
- The Doctor says "sorry" to someone.
- The Doctor says something, then corrects himself with something along the lines "well, I say that, but...".
- The Doctor congratulates Martha on coming up with an amazing idea that was actually pretty much just common sense.
- David Tennant's portrayal reminds you of Austin Powers.
The Christopher Eccleston Era
Drink once every time...
- You spot a 'Bad Wolf' reference.
- Billie Piper's voice veers wildly between Cockney and stage-school.
- The Doctor says "fantastic".
- The Doctor grins manically.
- The Doctor mentions anything to do with the Time War and goes all serious suddenly.
- Christopher Eccleston looks really uncomfortable performing comedy.
- The Doctor refers to Mickey as "Ricky" - drink double when this gag starts to get really old.
There's also a drinking game for the original series here.
Anyone got any ideas for things that could be added to this?
