If Gerry was to be more open with Charley on his feeling towards her, do you think she'd listen?
She would either listen for that rare occasion and shout him down for being so wrong about her because she doesn't want to hear the truth, or she would be half listening, and half getting off on her own refection in the mirror, leaving Gerry just as annoyed as ever towards her for not bothering to sit down and listen to some home truth's about why she rubs him up the wrong way! I do think Gerry will last a good while yet (*crosses fingers*) - he's not done anything wrong to gain any nominations - we need to make sure he keeps it that way - maybe send some goodwill messages to him? He said the other day how he would get horny if people liked him, so come on girls (and boys), let's get some messages to him to make him happy and horny!

Yes, i think after the reaction he got from Charley just by telling her she was showing-off "how rude!!
" he probably thought it was best not to bother saying anything else and i dont blame him! Now that Seany has gone, we need another gay bloke to keep him satisfied, or maybe billi will do

Gerry is best keeping out of it all - Charley could start an argument in an empty room, argumentative trout she is!
I do like her, but she's starting to p*iss me off more and more each day - she just doesnt let up with the moaning, shouting and 'I'm not being funny, but....'! Gerry is everything Charley isnt - intelligent, stable, reasonable, elloquent (sp?), rational, kind, and understanding - he's best realising that and keeping his thoughts, opinions and advice for those who will apreciate it and take it on board, and just walk away or ignore her when she start's ranting and annoying him!

Yeah i like Charley in a really entertainingly annoying way! You just know that anyone who starts off their sentence with "I'm not being funny but..." is about to be funny with you

I think Gerry would need to get Charley in the right frame of mind (not very often for her) and I think she would listen to his wise words.
Gerry,Gerry,Gerry.......I had an urge to say that.

Dont worry about saying that - nice to cyber chant Gerry's name! I get excited when I see him on the LF, and annoyed when he's not there! ![]() Gerry, Gerry, Gerry!

Thought I'd bring this back as it had wrongfully dissapeared!
Loved Gerry's fine use of the slop in tonight's H/L's show - his face was a picture! He was like a naughty schoolboy - it was really good to see more of a fun side to him! I reckon it would probably do his head and skin more good than his insides - it looks bloomin' awful!

Gerry is a really, really nice guy - I have great respect for him - he is even tempered, has a great sense of humor, and has a very easy going disposition. Furthermore he is very shrewd and knows exactly what goes on in that place and what people are up to, but at the same time he is very diplomatic. I like his slightly camp style - I know quite a few gay men and to me many of them seem to have a very distinctive style of humor about them. When it does verge on "bitchy" with some of them it is never offensive.

When I heard a gay guy was going into the house, I was hoping (no offence meant here) he wouldn't be a sterio-typical, bitchy, nasty, overtly-camp gay guy BB tends to put in the house - and thank god he wasnt! Gerry is wonderful..... he does talk about people, but it's never in a nasty or vile way! He doesn't go out of his way to stir up trouble, and if he's feeling annoyed, fed up or angry, you never see him taking it out on anyone - he just goes and lays on the bed with Freddy, which is so damn sweet! He seems like a thoroughly nice person who really needs someone new to come into the house to brighten him up as he's looked awfully sad and miserable this past week or so! Here's hoping BB puts in a nice guy who he can chat with and bring out the fun side of Gerry that's being hidden away at the moment. It was breifly brought out during Sloppage, but we need to see more of this!

I love Gerry, he is cute and has a big heart. He is one of the few genuine HMs in the house and I hope he does well after BB.

Seany left and Gerry's kind of been withdrawn this week and it doesn't help that this is the worst week of BB thus far and everyone has been miserable and bitchy (because of the food/nomination situations).
I hope he cheers up next week. |

I really hope he cheers up soon as well - everytime I see him looking sad and miserable, I wanna give him a massive hug and say 'cheer up, Gerry, you have many fans who think your great'!
Mind you, everytime I see him, I have a strong urge to grab him and him a big hug and kiss..... They've had their punishment for not completing the task - they now need to work hard as a team (is that possible?) at passing the next task, which will, hopefully, be easier, so that they get a luxury food budget and hopefully a nice party - they all need this to cheer them up! Putting in a nice, cute, intellectually stimulating guy for Gerry would be a bonus, as well!

Glad I found his thread!
I do love Gerry too, I look forward to him having any bits on the HL shows. He is so cute and adorable, yet also astute, intelligent and ascerbic. I would love his as a friend (shame about his sexuality, for me!) |

I find it irritating that people dont like him just because he's intelligent, he doesnt pretend he knows everything, he just talks about things that interest him, as does everyone, (people think that he thinks he's better than everyone else) if he doesnt understand something he will always say. I found the slop pretty funny ..."what is Shlop?!"

YAY for bringing this thread back!
Gosh..... how gorgeous does Gerry look tonight? I've been addicted to the live feed for the past hour or so....! Adore the smokey-eyed look he's got going on..... he looks absolutely divine..... such a sexy man! Anyone got any good (close-ups, preferably!) screencaps of the sexy man? *drools* |

I like the guy,he's probably my favourite hm right now. He's an endearing good natured chap with a fully working brain in his head.
But...i reckon his "two to three thousand men" comment will damage him in the end. We all love a bit of honesty but that much honesty might cost him the BB crown. |

I miss Gerry coverage from the HL's, I'm so sick of them focusing only on Charley at the expense of all the other housemates. I've not seen tonights show yet, hopefully he might be featured a bit.

I think they prefer to focus on the more dreary aspects of the show, and then miss interesting or entertaining bits out. Hence, big lumps of Charley's party were missing. |

Even on E4 during the day it's on Carole moaning or Zippy and Chanelle lying in bed sucking face. |
