You know he probably will be a good employee, with the right management etc.. But thats not the point of the show - Kristina by far deserved to win and he didn't in the slightest.

Perhaps Nick has a bigger say in this show than we realised.

I think she did as well. Her speech was almost word for word the same as what Nick and Margaret were saying in the BR!

Bad choice, but I think Sir Alan wasn't willing to take another flier with a woman this year after Michelle. Simon will be completely useless if he doesn't have people with initiative behind him, he couldn't motivate a starving man to eat, and I think AS will live to regret this decision just as much as last year.
