Simon proved he couldn't run a team. He had a design idea but the idea came from Rory the least impressive contestant and he only went with it on a 3-2 vote. The presentation was full of hyperbole and often repeated the same point - it would have had red ink all over it as a first year university essay and smart people would realise they were being fed thin rubbish. He did the same thing again in the final discussion where he talked about doubling returns (meaningless) and went on his cotton socks line twice. Spending so much time on pointless dancing girls about summed it up.

Kristina managed to run her team and got on with people who didn't like her. She managed to produce something which nailed the creative point.More importantly she continually focused on getting the figures right wheras we just see the other team interpreting Rory's drawing without Rory.

Again seems to have been decided on him wanting someone who looks as if they belong selling a hotel and golf course.
