Astral - cheap as chips and great for dry skin (like I have)
Nivea "pearl and shine" lipsalve. I find lipstick too drying. Frizz Ease. John Frieda for Prime Minister.

I can't wear certain products one in particular is Oil of Olay, it brings me out in rashes! The stuff i use now is the simple range, and for me it works great!

Benefit High Beam - it makes your skin look so glowy and gives the impression you've had 10 hours of sleep (which I never have!).
Estee Lauder Doublewear Makeup. I've finally found one I like AND it really does stay on all day. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion. Cheap, effective and smells of chocolate - what more can a girl need?! |

AVENE FACE CREAM from Boots in the UK or most mainstream pharmacies on the Continent. I like the Legere and SPF 15 varieties. Great for sensitive skin. I find the Riche one a bit too rich except in winter or very windy weather.
AVON SKIN SO SOFT BODY MOISTURISER Soft & Fresh "flavour" £4 from the Avon website (free delivery for any orders over £25). Very light, easily absorbed, pleasant but unobtrusive scent (a bit like baby powder), fine for sensitive skin, also REPELS INSECTS! Seriously, it has something in it that will stop any yucky bug, tick, mozzie, midge, etc. from feasting on your lovely blood. PHILOSOPHY SHOWER GELS - I love "the birthday party" trio in Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry, they smell so good and are relatively kind to the skin (still need moisturiser afterwards, though). Don't use them as shampoo as directed on the blurb, however; they will dry out your scalp horribly! Bit overpriced, but nice for a little pick-me-up. DOVE DEODORANT (aerosol). Can't beat it. Never irritates my sensitive armpit skin. However BOURJOIS DEODORANT (roll-on), which I haven't seen in UK shops yet, (it's widely available in continental Europe), smells of apricots and isn't harsh on your skin, not strong enough for the gym, though. BENEFIT 'DON'T HOG THE MIRROR' BLUSHER. Really subtle and easy to blend. The brush in the compact is rubbish, though, so buy a separate, much bigger one from a chemist. LANCOME TINTED MOISTURISER. Actually moisturises and is close to my slightly yellowish skin tone. SUPERDRUG VITAMIN E BODY SCRUB. Really does the trick - instant baby soft bottom. VICTORIA'S SECRET Pear Glace SHOWER GEL and BODY SPLASH - a lovely sweet aroma reminscent of pear drops. Literally the best perfume I've ever smelled. JOHN FRIEDA BRILLIANT BRUNETTE moisturising/shine shampoo and conditioner. My favourite of the reasonably-priced "celebrity" hair brands (I think most of the others' are complete rubbish, except Mark Hill's who are pretty good too). I wish they would switch the packaging back to different colours for shampoo and conditioner, though, as now I can't tell them apart when I've got wet eyes! I like the intensive moisturiser from the Brilliant Blonde range as well (suitable for all hair colours). Now can anyone recommend a decent mascara???? xx |

Just recently started using Lush's Dream Cream... skin as soft as a baby's bottom and didn't irritate my skin either (I've got acne, mild eczema on my face AND a mystery skin rash
). The soft feeling lasts for ages as well!Nivea Soft moisturiser for a daily moisturiser that's simple and cheap! Aqueous Cream! |

There is only one thing i would tell people not to use and that is Veet Hair Removal Mousse. I used it and had to wash it off after about 30 seconds as it started burning me.
