Budget DVD Player Recommendation

I have a cheapy multiregion DVD player in my bedroom which works fine except that when you put it into Standby it loses its place on the disc. So when you go to watch it again you have to go skipping through the disc to where you last viewed. Very annoying.
I would like to replace this player with a multiregion machine which will remember where it was. Can anyone recommend a budget player please?
