I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned here yet.

Andrea Corr, formerly lead singer of The Corrs - cue shocked silence - hath returned with a brand new track called "Shame On You."

I must say I do not really know the inside details on this one - what's happening with the rest of The Corrs, when the tune's out, if there's an album to follow, if this return is going to be high-profile etc.?

If you have any info, do feel free to share it!

There is a solo album - Ten Feet High - to follow, it is released this month I think, I have already pre-ordered it

Wasn't even aware The Corrs split.

I don't think they have officially split.......the others are spending time with their families as the saying goes and I reckon they will regroup at a later date

I have got hold of the "Shame On You" single and have to say it does sound very good, especially after a few listens.

Corrs-esque with an excellent twist I would suggest.

Shame On You is a real grower, I love it now.

not really been much promotion of this not seen it on MTV or VH1 or anything so only really found out she was back after reading it in the Express.. hardly where you expect to see these things

I watched Shame on You earlier on Smash Hits TV and I have to admit I find it quite catchy.

It is a decent tune.

However, not anywhere near some of the excellent material produced from The Corrs, of which I was a great fan.

Lol. It is actually possible to make a slightly different sound to the stuff one's previous band has been producing for the past however many years
