Did anyone else see this? She got an appearance pretty quickly didn't she... I've a feeling that if she plays her cards right (and if she's as shrewd as she seem then she just might) that she could be quite marketable herself.

It was pretty awkward though, much as I love her. The other panelists ripped her to shreds. But here's hoping she becomes a TV personality legend for years to come.

I think she was also in one of the women's weeklies recently? And hse has had large pages in the tabloids. A media career beckons.

She looked better and came across more pleasant

I would have liked her on Have I Got News For You

Those guys carry out assasinations like KGB Agents

I thought they went pretty easy on her compared with what they could have done. She seemed quite comfortable & was enjoying the banter.

She was in two of my Mum's magazines, Closer and First which used the same quotes.

I thought she was completely out of her depth, and just gritted her teeth and thought of the fee.

Can't see producers queing up for her presence based on that performance to be honest.

I thought she was less fun than Grace had been. She obviously enjoyed it and showed she had a sense of humour, but didn't have a lot to say really except when it was "her turn".

Can't see it somehow. Whilst Katie is obviously the most well known contestant from this series (even more so than Simon) people are already bored of her and she will soon disappear into obscurity where she belongs.

I think there is potential if she gets the right publicity and agent to succeed. It's worked for the likes of Rebecca Loos, Abi Titmuss and Katie is actually entertaining, iintelligent and witty.

She's certainly trying, thats for sure. I turned over as soon as I saw she was a guest, I'm not watching her on TV again.

Very little really, I am no Katie fan but felt she was completely out of her depth, she might be better suited on HIGNFY but do not think she has the strength of personality to follow the Badger into a TV career

She mentioned in one interview (LK Today) that she was going to set up a business advising women how to be assertive at work...I wonder if that involves stealing husbands

She will probably become a minor celebrity on the back of her "success" in The Apprentice. But let's have a reality check here.

1. She has little comedic value. Her humour consists of well crafted condescending insults to, what she perceives, as her inferiors. Basically, bitching and bullying delivered behind the victim's back.

2. She has had a priviliged life. One can hardly say she has had it tough. Who is she a role model for?

3. She hardly shone in The Apprentice. She appears not to have the acumen of say Ruth Badger.

4. She is not a pleasant personality. She does not have a vulnerable side as a counterbalance to her nastiness.

5. Unfortunately for her he is no great looker and appears to have a dress sense based on Home Counties circa 1956.

If she does become a celebrity icon it will say much about us.

Thank you for this. I'd like to watch it again because I didn't watch it all the way through. The little I saw, she appeared to hold her own. I really didn't like her in the Apprentice, although I could see that she could do the job.

I am still very sorry Kristina didn't win; I hope life will be kind to her and give her opportunities. Unfortunately, whatever the laws of the land, this is still a society which judges us on the contents of our birth certificates (i.e. gender, age, where we were born and who our parents were...). Kristina fails on at least two counts (age and gender). As usual, she is being punished for taking her role as a parent seriously and leaving work until later. Society is not kind to the women that do that. I know.

And yet Nikki Graheme (however you spell it) from Big Brother last year became a minor celebrity for having many of the same attributes, apart from the dress sense of course but not everyone is attracted to women whose backsides continually hang out of shorts that aren't quite big enough.

I think that in itself said all that needed to be said about us as a viewing public. I'd rather Katie made it than that Nikki creature any day. Every time I see (or hear) Nikki I just want to jump in a chair and scream...

I am not sure the Nikki comparison holds any water, she and to some extent Jade before Celebrity Big Brother played on their innocence and naivete with the help of their agents to gain fame and wealth

Nasty Nick is the more likely comparison as he also had a privileged background and seemed to play on his notoriety, outside of acting there are few examples of rogues who the public love to hate

I think it was Jonny Vegas who asked her if she was going to make her own TV programme like The Badger, he said it would be about her breaking up marriages or something along those lines and went on to act out what he thought would happen on the show.

There was also talk of her daughter once being in a full body cast (we never got to find out why) but Danny Dyer asked Katie, "What the f*** did you do to her?"

There was talk about her woodland adventure too, I think it was Sean Lock who told her that if she was going to do it outside, then she shouldn't have done it up against a gate, she should have done it in some bushes if she didn't want to be seen.

She did look rather embarrassed at times, but not too embarrassed.

What role does Katie see for herself? She would hardly compare herself with Jade Goody or Nikki yet she is not a journalist or seasoned TV presenter. She is basically a nothing, with little to offer, and the sooner she toddles off to her Southern chums the better
