Pacific DVD 1002 & RGB Output...
Can anyone please confirm if the Pacific DVD 1002 has a RGB Output. Asda are currently selling it for £50.
I have read various topics already but RGB is not mentioned. |

It does have RGB output, and is selectable in the menus. The only way to get it actually from the unit is via scart.
However.... I have just got one of these units and it's going back on the strength that the RGB picture is very very green. I'll let you know how it goes. |

Now i've got another and it is green too! My SkyD/Tosh 220E and Gamecube all pump RGB into the telly with no probs and I've tried other leads. Anyone like to suggest anything?

I had one of these for a short time and I must say the RGB picture was very impressive. Maybe it's a problem with your scart lead or socket.

Hi.. sorry to bump this up.
Any Pacific 1002 owner confirm that this player has an optical out? Also can you can confirm that the player can play MP3's effectively, display JPEG and play MPEGS without first converting to VCD. Does ASDA still sell this machine? Any other comments appreciated. |
