I enjoyed seeing the show for a second time. It was good knowing when all my favourite bits were coming up and once again Chris put in a wonderful performance. It is so easy to get addicted to these shows! I want to go again.

After the show we went round to the stage door and waited. A lot of people left and there was no sign of Chris. Gary Wilmot came out and my daughter went over and spoke to him. He was lovely and his smile when she told him she had seen the show twice this week was so genuine and happy. She came back to me and just then the door opened, and there was Chris. I think he knew who we were. He chatted and I asked him to sign my Dream On cd. (I remembered this time!) He really seems to have enjoyed his stay in Edinburgh, which is good. My daughter handed over the card she made and Chris looked really pleased. It was super to see him again. He is so friendly and happy to chat. Thanks Chris you were lovely.

After being at the palladium I was aware how good Chris's voice is and it was great to hear it again. I too liked Flash, Bang, Wallop and really enjoyed the cricketing scene.

Afterwards we went to meet Chris at the stage door, where he was lovely and chatted away and got his photo taken, but gave us NO CLUE at all about which single they have been recording for Dream On In fact not even a little hint

here is one of the pics, sorry its a bit dark, but I can assure you he looked lovely

PS Thanks also for wishing me well on Craig's thread for the Tunbridge Wells showlast Thursday. We went to the afternoon show not the evening one and it was fab. Can't wait to see Chris C when he joins the tour too. So many Joseph's in one place - FANTASTIC. Although will miss Mr Barton loads

We were both really excited, especially since Chris was good and kind enough to post on Monday.

Gary Wilmot was good, a very convincing drunk and his comedic timing was second to none.

However, let's get down to the interesting stuff!!!....... As soon as Chris stepped on the stage, the show got so much more interesting. His charm and state presence shined brightly on stage, he gave 200% in his performance and was a joy to watch.

He was energetic, funny, sweet, convincing and happy in his role.

If I am being honest, he wasn't on stage enough. He is far too talented to be in a stage production where he doesn't at least get a solo. Bill Kenwright, if you are reading, do yourself and all us "crosby kids" the favour of putting Chris C in a lead or bigger role.

My sister (vegas) and my mum waited outside at the stage door. He was so lovely, he came out wearing a cute hat, and was more than happy to speak to us and pose for pictures. He had the patience of an angel and we were so happy that he came out to speak to us.

Chris, if you are reading, thank you for making the show so good, for coming out to speak to us and I really hope you enjoyed the ghost tour you told us you were going on.

Yes, I know I have went on and on, but if any of you have the chance to go catch Chris C in half a sixpence, do so, you wont regret it!!!xxx”

Wow another marvellous post, thank you Duchess Lesley, you certainly sound as though you had the best time ever. Thank you to you and Vegas for sharing your experiences with us.

Will definitely listen to the song on My Space, it sounds great.

I just love My Girl on the Dream On album. Chris C sings this fantastically with Craig. You can also hear Chris C's vocals a lot on most of the tracks and his voice really does stand out. He has great vocal ability.

Yes we are extremely proud of Chris and have been watching him perform since he was at nursery! Many school plays later her played Oliver in Leicester then the artful dodger in nottingham as well as many other parts. My three kids love him to bits and know most words to the dream on Cd and before that Joseph was their fav. Im sure theyll get back into that once he starts the tour. Hope you allcontinue to enjoy the shows!!”

A big Hello and welcome to Chris's Auntie. Its great to have you here on the thread. Please keep posting and keeping us up to date with Chris's news. Although we know he is also going to try and post weekly updates to us as well which is marvellous.

I hope your mum had a fantastic birthday, and belated birthday greetings to her.

You must all be so proud of Chris. He is a genuinely lovely person and is a great performer.

My sister and I were lucky enough to see him in the show at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley when Half A Sixpence had just started the tour and he was fabulous. On that occasion we were unable to stay behind to meet him at the stage door but we were lucky enough to see him at the Dream On Concert in February with the other Josephs and this was a fantastic occasion. My sister and I were in Row C and it was lovely to meet up with some Bartonettes and the Craigettes as I am also a huge Craig fan but love the other Josephs too especially Chris Barton, Chris Crosby and Lewis Bradley.

Chris's mum came up to my sister and I and some other Craigettes after the show to say that she was thrilled at how much support we all gave to Chris C and that Chris was so happy about this too which was really lovely of her.

Then we were lucky enough to meet Chris C after the show at the stage door, he signed my CD and my sister's CD and then he was kind enough to let us have his photo taken with him.

We would have loved to have seen him again in Half a Sixpence but its not going to be possible so really hopes he joins the Joseph tour soon as would love to see him in perhaps Bournemouth and Wimbledon if possible.

Love and best wishes,

Hi Lewish,

Thank you for sharing this fabulous review of the show on Saturday. I am so pleased that you had such a fantastic time and that you got to meet Gary Wilmott and of course Chris C again.

I'm glad you got your Dream On CD signed this time - very important and that he liked your daughter's card. That was a lovely thing to do and I am sure he appreciates all the support given to him.

I know what you mean about getting addictive to the shows. Once you have been once, its just not enough is it, you just want to relive it over and over again.

Will you get a chance to see it again before Chris leaves the HAS tour?

Take care,

Love Siouxsie xxx

Hi Siouxsie, I don't think I will get to see HAS again before Chris leaves. I would love to, But I don't think I will be able to. On a brighter note I am going to see him in Joseph and I am looking forward to seeing a few Dream On concerts.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for posting, always a pleasure to read it.

Couldn't agree with you more regarding Edinburgh being the most beautiful city in the UK, then again, I am a bit bias towards my own city.

In agreement with Norlene, I will defo be saving up for any tickets I may need to buy soon!!

Fingers crossed the single comes out soon. xx

Hi Chris,

Wow you certainly sound as though you are having a very busy time at the moment, so we forgive you big time for not posting your blog yesterday as promised!!!

You sound as though you had a fantastic time in Edinburgh. I've only been there once I think, but it is a very beautiful city.

Enjoy your week in Southampton. Am sure Half a Sixpence will wow everyone there, the same as it has everywhere else around the country which is brilliant.

Glad the recording for the single went well. Can't wait to hear all about it.

Good luck with everything and thank you so much again for keeping us up to date with all your news. We really do appreciate it.

Btw everyone. All the other Joseph fans have a name, Craigettes, Bartonettes, Lovelees. We need a name for the Crosby fans. What does everyone think.

Looking forward to hearing the choice of names.

Lots of love Siouxsie xxxx
