I've just managed to persuade my husband to go to see Joseph and Lord or the Rings so he said we could go to see Joseph next year and Lord of the Rings this year. I've just booked seats for the matinee performance on the 20th February and got seats in the stalls J23 and J24. Lee will have just had a holiday so he should'nt be too tired, I hope.
I'm going on 7 September.
Watching the final with a friend, we both agreed that if Lee won we would book tickets. 10 minutes after the end of the show, our tickets were booked. I can't wait!

Could be a hotel outside central London, trixiehobbit, and the coach drives you into the city on both days. I've seen those before, they're great value but you have to fit in with their schedules, so not a good trip if you have friends to meet, stage doors to lurk outside, etc.

No this is a special daytime visit, I've been off work because I've had no hot water and I've had to have a visit from the gas man. He was lovely and has got my hot water back. He arrived a little too late for me to go into work this afternoon (I would have needed to get into town for 1.15at the latest, the bus takes 35 minutes and he left at about 12.45, so I needed the full day off. I shall have to go shopping this afternoon, how sad is that?
Good job my nice line manager said I could leave the time off flexible as to how much I ended up taking.
My little red eyes are becoming used to the light now.
I shall log off and s*d off to the shops now I've said hello to everybody!
See you again at the witching and bitching hour!
Or I may go and give Lee a sponge wash seeing as I have hot water again.

No longer seeing Joseph due to finances

Well, ye's missed a treat tonight; a set malfunction meant that they gave up with it for the second half, so they left the curtain in, and performed the second half as a sung concert on the front of the stage (no costume changes, and not the usual dancing, but the men did manage to do some really funny off-the-cuff dancing despite the restricted space available).
Was brilliant to see them all so close up, right on the edge of the stage, and doing something totally unique and very much great fun. They should have tech issues every night!
Sadly they didn't do the megamix though
Best part is we all get to return our tickets to the point of sale for a refund or rebook! So not only did we get the most one-off performance of Joseph ever, but we end up getting it for free
