28" Philips TV hertz problem or sumit? plz help
Ok folks ive got a 28" Philips pixel plus t.v! the thing is the colour just doesnt seem right! and the movement on tv programmes make programmes look amatuerish! its like the hertz of the tv just aint right! Ive tried everything! i think?
Does anyone else have this problemo? with philips t.v's or is it just my model? |

Turn off all the digital processing (PP and Movie modes etc) and then setup the basic picture settings and see how you go.
Digital processing can work wonders but is by no means a wonder tool which works with the current crop of below optimum SD digital broadcasts. |

Generally digital procesing makes the picture look worse, 100Hz TV's always look poorer than the 50Hz ones.
However, if it's a recent change?, and it used to be OK, then it's probably the CRT - Philips have a HUGE problem with short CRT life. |
