Nokia 6355 nicam sound problem

Sorry I may not be in the right section, but could someone please help me with this problem.
I moved this tv from downstairs to upstairs, everything is fine including picture and I have checked the cable, I have NO SOUND. It was working perfectly before, and if I connect a wireless sender to the tv I can get sound if I use via E1 or E2 on my tv.
I have the tv connected via a coax cable from another tv, and as I say the picture is perfect.
On the front of the tv it says mono, but when I go onto E1 or E2 which is stereo I can't seem to tune these channels.
I have a manual but it is not in English.

Can anyone please help as this is driving me mad, I'm sure it must be a setting on the tv.

Do you know how to change the various PAL settings on there?

There should be PAL B and PAL G, try changing this setting.
