I have a Samsung LE32R41BD LCD TV.
The back has HDMI and DSUB connectors.
Previously I have hooked my laptop up to the TV successfully over DSUB to DSUB.
I am building a Media Centre and intend to hook up using a DVI to HDMI cable but am confused by the Samsung manual.
Over the DSUB it tells me I need to configure the PC's resolution to 1360x768 (also supports 640x480, 800x600 and 1024 x 768) but the manual says nothing about configuring the PC when connecting over DVI/HDMI.
I assume the same resolutions apply?
Confusingly the native resolution listed for the TV is 1366x768 (rather than 1360) but that doesn't seem to make any difference on DSUB as both worked fine.
I am sure it is all very simple, but I thought I would check!
