Samsung T100 - Problems

Hi Guys,

Just a quick few questions to see if anyone else has had the following problems with the Samsung T100

1 - Can not change the ringtone. It is stuck on one ringtone, you can change it to another one, but as soon as you switch the phone off and back on again, it goes back to the old ringtone.

2 - Can not change the screen display. It is stuck on Calandar and will not change to another screen. You can preview any of them, but it will not change.

3 - Will not show last missed number. If I miss a call, it will show the last number called of one that I missed last November, but it updates the date and time to the most recent missed call.

They are very strange problems, what ya think.

Sounds fishy, mine doesn't display any of those problems! May need to call samsung or your networks' customer services.

Yeah sounds a bit odd. I've had my T100 for just over six months and not had any of these issues.

You haven't been messing around with different versions of the firmware have you?

Do a Factory Reset. It should be somewhere in the menus. This should solve your problems.

Sounds like your phone is er...malfunctioning. I've had my Samsung T100 for four months now and I've never had any of those problems.

Love my T100. Not a problem with it since i bought it at xmas.

Get it repaired or replaced if it is still under warranty.

I have since sent the phone back under warranty, and they have said that it is the main PCB board, which they have ordered from Samsung and should be repaired ASAP.

PS, I do love the phone, so I will be glad to get it back in it's full all singing all dancing mode.
