If you're with Orange... Orange Care can't be beaten (free for a year on the old TalkPlans). 24hr replacement at one of 3 timeslots. 9-13, 13-18 and 18-22 hrs. Superb service. Pricing varies with service plan and length of time subsribed but is never more than edit: £5 per month. (Didn't realise insurance was VAT free- thanks tpk)

Sorry if you aren't with O.

Like all insurance, there are terms & conditions (i.e. why can't you cover my phone, I only left it on the pub table for 5 mins when I went to the toilet!).

Orange Care is one of the best available (i.e. covers most things & no excess fee). Highest price is actually £5 (Insurance does not have VAT added).

When i get a new mobile i always buy it at Car Phone Warehouse. The 3 year insurance for PAYG costs £19.99 within 2 weeks of purchasing ! Link

LifelineGo is just accidental damage insurance and extended warranty. You aren't covered if the phone is lost or stolen!

Also it has a £10 excess charge per claim and I doubt very much it offers 24hr replacement like Orange Care... which is far cheaper than any comparable cover offered by CPW!
