I took out a phone on phones2u direct and sent my invoice up at the stated time.they sent a letter saying I hadn't sent the whole of the 10 pages of my bill. I had sent them everything that 3 had sent me for that month.Three are saying that they sent me 10 pages of my bill, therefore I can only come to the conclusion that phones2u direct are lying to avoid paying me my cash back.I have gone to trading standards, but to be honest I think that was a waste of time..anyone got any suggestions?

Ask for a copy of your bill, if that doesn't work ask them to release everything they hold on you under a "Freedom of Information" request.

Three are saying they will send me a copy of my bill but as "phones2u Direct" did not tell me about the issue until 6 weeks after I sent my bill up, it was too late to ask three to send me a copy then cos the 21 days were up and I cant honestly remember how many pages there were as I only checked the front page which gives me all the details on how much my bill is the rest is just details of my calls and I just put it all in an envelope and sent it up to "phones 2u Direct" right away. Three are saying that they sent me 10 pages which is 5 sheets. What do you mean by a "freedom of information" request and who do I ask for that. Three or phones 2u? what good do you think that will do me? What can I do with the info when I get it?

i remember when i did all this when i was with 3. It wasnt phone2u though. Well i cant remember unless they changed their ways. I had to send off 3or 4 vouchers too, like on the 3rd month, send all bills to date along with 3rd month voucher, 6 month voucher with remaining months, etc.

I remember photocopying eveyrthing before i sent my bills off [i had to only send the 1st page of my bills]. Cos i remember being wary of being scammed [i wasnt but was very sceptical], i've gone and searched about this company. Seems like zillions of others have problems with cashback for one reason or another. Take a look anyway and chat to them lot to share experiences.

I do hope you get your money back.

Has anybody managed to crack this problem yet and find the way to get cash back out of this bloody company? I have done everything by the book, kept copies of everything I've had and sent, not lost or missed any invoices but still I'm getting nowhere!

this company has a long history of using every trick in the book to avoid paying cashback. many people who have followed the procedures correctly have been forced to take them to court in order to get them to pay up. many threads here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...rchid=13973827

and many more similar on moneysavingexpert.com

good luck to anyone dealing with this company

Such a sad situation and hopefully a warning to all. These kind of offers are to be AVOIDED at all costs.
