Yes, The Who did the best cover versions. Correctly, half of the Who covered The Who's greatest hits. Just as The Rolling Stones are the best Rolling Stones tribute band. Next year, the other two from the Jam headlining. Why not.
Shirley Bassey was superb.

Same for me, despite being bigged up by Bowman  and having possibly the most irritating lead singer in contemporary rock (either get your hair cut or stop playing with it you fool ) I thought the Editors were the only one of the bigger names to live up to their reputation.

Further down the line-up I thought CSS put on a really good show too

Editors were amazing.
Also liked Maximo Park, Magic Numbers, Amy Winehouse - although did get a bit fed up with her after numerous repeats by the Beeb.

No Arcade Fire but Bat for Lashes full set is in there, along with many more.”

Cool, thanks. Beirut are there as well which is a real bonus as I also missed them. They're a very good band imo .

John Fogerty was the best for me

I saw Arctic Monkeys, The Who, Shirley Bassey, Seasick Steve, The Go! Team, and was really impressed with the lot of them. Saw a few minutes of Bjork - I might be wrong (I hope I am) but she didn't look completely happy?

The Who - they've still got it.

Although it seems to take a few more musicians to reproduce their sound live these days.

I saw six musicians in the band - I think they've used a keyboard player for a while now, and Townshend's brother is a great addition, allows Pete T to really let rip - his lead playing was absolutely brilliant!!! I think they've been a live 6-piece for a while. Have to say that as good as Pino Paladino is, no-one can possibly replicate Entwhistle, what a consummate musician that man was!!!!!

Their 'classic' live line-up was always a 4-piece. Now they're a 6-piece.

CSS was the best I saw, Lovefoxx was great and the whole band looked like they were having a great time, although Kasabian were also on top form, had the whole crowd singing even after they left the stage.

Also it was great to finally, at last, get to see the Manics. Another highlight was Bill Bailey at 1am on Sunday night, in the middle of the worst rain of the whole weekend, but everyone had a great time, he was so funny and we wouldn't leave until he did 2 encores.

It's all good!

Seasick Steve was amazing. The Who were great. Of course it's only two of them. But there's only two of them left. They aren't fooling anyone. They aren't pretending that they are anything other than the remaining two members with four other musicians. Two of which (Pino Paladino and Zak Starkey) are some of the greatest session musicians I've ever had the pleasure to see live three times now (and the other two are great at what they do).

Billy Bragg's two sets on Sunday were fantastic fun, his new songs didn't sound at all out of place when played along with songs like The Saturday Boy.

Kid Harpoon's set in the Left Field was fantastic, as was Newton Falkner on Sunday night.

Damian Rice did a brilliant set in the Acoustic tent on Friday night too.

The Queen of Fabulousness Dame Shirley was my highlight.

I also got a tear in my eye watching Rodrigo y Gabriela on Jazz World Stage on saturday night. They were awesome, especially when they did their version of Pink Floyds Comfortable Numb and everybody kind of whispers along - very emotional moment.

Another superb show was the Dj Yoda set. It was funny, pumping, energetic, well-put-together and had the entire crowd jumping with their hands in the air. Great!!

The Chems, Editors, the Marleys, CSS, Manics, Go Team and The Gossip all looked great to me.
A few too many interchangeable indie bands with attitood fronted by curly haired yoofs for my liking but I must be getting old.
Shame I couldn't have been there but BBC HD was some consolation.

Bjork was just spectacular, out of this World!!

CSS were adorable, I just love those kids!!

I was also really impressed with Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly.
I never heard of them before and I thought they were great! Very different!

Bloc Party were great, always give a great performance, and The Killers are just festival gold

Because she's sleeping with someone she shouldn't be allowed to say that she likes them or play their records? I think that by her not playing them because she's going out with the singer would be worse. Of course she shouldn't give them "preferential treatment" in any way, but I doubt she has much control over records that are played on her show or who is shown on the BBC coverage at all anyway.

Best individual song had to be The Gossip and Standing in the way of Control - Beth Ditto jumping into the crowd and the stewards trying to get her back again looked amazing

She picked them out as her highlight of the Festivalwhile she was presenting the coverage on the BBC with Zane Lowe, they obviously then played a repeat of one of the songs from their set, so she clearly IS influencing them getting shown on the Beeb. She did the same at last year's T in the Park. She is a woman who clearly is not easily shamed.
