Seems silly to me that BBC have now axed a lot of programs that have usually gone in the 7pm slot (holiday, RealStory, moving Watchdog, etc) in favour of The One Show.

When they lose Neighbours, they could stick The One Show on before the news and put those programs (or replacements) back in the 7pm slot.

Seems quite logical for the BBC to run stripped shows in the 7pm slot to compete with Emmerdale.

Emmerdale's great- i wish the village i lived in was that lively!

That link says it is in the POST Doctors slot, as reported a few days ago. The slot that currently has Mrder She Wrote and Diagnosis Murder.

Doctors is in the time slot immediately before All Saints is here reported as being scheduled (2.35 - 3.20). Although it may be off for some time over the summer as it often is.

Some people may rememebr georgie Parker from A country practice over here.

All Saints is a brilliant show.. I put it up there with Holby City.. We get to see it in Ireland every Friday night at 8pm though at the moment we are waiting for the latest season to start back.

The last episode to screen in Irealand was bart's shooting.

Wonder if this is a pre-emptive strike against ITVs new afternoon hospital soap - The Royal Today - due in the autumn?
