One True Voice - Shakespeare's Way With Words
Ahem...
You may remember One True Voice from such programmes as Popstars: The Rivals. You probably don't remember their first hit and five minutes after you've listened to this song you won't remember this either! Very bland, predictable, and thoroughly unexciting. It sounds a bit like a Simply Red song to begin with, though it doesn't even match up to their rather poor standards! Ironic also that a song with lines such as "if I had Shakespeare's way with words, I would write a sonnet and put your name upon it" should be so badly written - William will be turning in his grave if he hears this trash. Given the amount of airplay it's received so far though, I don't think that's too likely...

It will probably be a hit anyway, simply cos they were in Popstars or whatever manufactured band show they were on.

I wish One True Voice would crawl under a stone and died. They are crap and I wish they would admit it.

It reminds me of Adrian Gurvitz - Classic, some of the worst lyrics I ever heard. Anyone else remember that? Gonna write a classic, gonna write it in an attic, Cos baby I'm an Addict, An addict for your love. |

JonDoe- "Classic" by Adrian Gurvitz was rubbish, but, compared to OTV's "Shakespeare's Way with Words" it's like Beethoven's Ninth Symphony!

Jamie in the video thinks he is so cool. He looks pathetic!
They all do, it's the worst song I have ever heard. What kind of lyrics are those posted above? Sounds like a 2 year old wrote it! |

Gonna write a classic,
Apparently it was Gurvitz himself who wrote that.
