I have recently had scart leads embedded in my wall for a mounted LCD screen however the picture quality with these is poor compared to another set of leads I have compared it against. I think the scart plugs may have been damaged. Is it possible to replace scart plugs and if so how easy is this?

Can you see they are damaged?, if you can't see any physical damage then replacing them probably won't make any difference. But as long as you can solder reasonably well it's a fairly easy job, just a bit tedious!.
