I need to get hold of a few songs for a compilation. I only want a few so I was wondering if such a thing exists as an mp3 site that you don't have to pay a "lump" sum when you join.

You'll have to forgive my stupidity as I'm not altogether au fait with such technology.

Some of the sites have a limited selection. Which songs are you after?

The first one I had never heard of and couldn't find anywhere (except from this article on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_House) but the two others you can get a lot of places. On MP3Sparks you get to choose fileformat and bitrate, which is why it's the premier online music store in the world.

So here they are:

Apparently there is a way of converting them to mp3 if you can find the video on You Tube. I don't know how though, but I'm sure if you Google it you can find out.

Cheers solaris. Was it you that mentioned mp3sparks in another thread? I tried them today but their credit/debit card function isn't working so no joy with then at the mo.

A House - Why Me? is a bit random. I bought the cassette single of it about 10 years ago and never heard of anything of then since.

edit: by the way do you work for them or something?

Hi Plum Bob.

No, I don't work for them but I do know a lot about them and similar online music stores. Their credit card function does work, you just have to know how. Take a look in our forum and learn more: http://www.aom3.org/forum/index.php

Cheers matey. When I click on the credit/debit button it just says it's not currently working. Any chance you could be a tad more specific with your link to that forum, as I had a quick peek and couldn't see owt.
