As you've probably gathered from my persistant posts, I have an account with o2 on the 'online 50' tariff. I have been using the online billing section to monitor my unbilled usage.
With this tariff, I receive 500 free txt messages and 50 mins of calls. According to the website, these are denoted with an 'F', indicating they are part of the callplan and hence won't be charged. From 11/05/03, however, it appears that I am being charged for text messages, and for voice calls, as can be seen here. I understand from the website that percentage discounts are taken off when the bill is compiled (but free messages and calls, is not a percentage discount - it's a tariff allowance). This would not explain why previous messages (as can be seen ) have not been charged for either. As at 11/05/03, I had only sent 43 messages, and my voice calls time was less than 50 minutes. The start of the billing term was 7/5/03.
Can someone please explain?
Thanks,
Richard.
