Slow Vodafone Billing

Why do Vodafone take ages in giving you details of what you've spent from your allowance and what you've went over your bill via 44555? Its over 3 days behind most of the time. They blamne it on other service providers not giving them details back but why when i was on T-Mobile you could make a call and phone uip 150 and get what you had left straight away?

because the network is that old they have not upgraded. infact currently it is impossible for them to change the service to be more up to date.
