Sitting at my computer, my finger hovering above the 'enter' key in front of a new thread entitled 'so what was that thing you couldn't tell us until it started Hazywoman?' ...I may have to shorten that title.

Will have the video recording. Whatever time I get in, I am sure I will be watching BB into the night.

I was just going to say that Lulu g. I'll be sitting there saying "I want him/her out!". I thought that about Jade last year as soon as I saw/heard her, I'm sort of glad she stayed though.

Every time a new set enters the house I hate all of them, it takes ages for them to grow on me. It's hard not to compare them to what's gone before. Remember to give them space everyone, don't be too harsh straight away, they have to get used to eachother, you know.

1 glass of punch made from Black tower and blackcurrent codial ( to remember Kate by)
1 glass of cider (to remember Jonny by)

Deary... deary me.

I'm afraid I'm going to miss the start of BB4 *sniff* I'll be lugging large amps about but i'm not sure yet - might come back once the place is set up - I don't like the bands on. Hmm - if I went down at 4:30, helped to unload the 8k PA system and set up the microphones e.t.c, catch the 6:15 bus home and get back for the second half of BBLB.

Or I could tape the whole she bang and watch it when I get in... which would be about 12am. Hmm.

Good luck then, Jason, and thanks in advance

I was hooked on the Live Updates last time. I'm sure you and the others will provide a terrific service for us saps who have to kiss goodbye to the TV every now and then to earn some money

OK, I'll probably be watching the start of BB4. Looking to see if I can spot someone with that certain something that hooks me in.

If I don't find them within a week I could well be looking for the off button, or maybe keeping my viewing down to the Ch4 highlights.....

Doing something else very useful while the TV is on in the background - so that just in case anyone walks in I can say

"Oh that rubbish - nah don't waste my time on that - just haven't got up to turn it off"

Luckily - or unluckily - I'm off on a weeks holiday the next morning so by the time I get back things will be well bedded in - so to speak

What will i be doing?,
i will be in my room in complete darkness,
the door will be locked and the tv will be on!.

I have watched adamantly since the first series,
and im surprised every year at the massive effect the series has on me.

For the next 2 months or so there will be no need to go out, buy Dvd's or be on the net, because there will be 24 hr entertainment for me on the box.
Typically, at the end of it all i am very, very tired from just living wrong(not sleeping, eating etc.).
But its all for the excitement that it brings to me.

I can tell you this, about a half an hour before the program starts, i will have butterflies in my stomach,
one because its always, always, always a shock when you see them all for the first time, even though i dont know them, my mouth will be just tuck wide open for about 2 hours at having seen them for the first time, within about 15 minutes, i will know all their names!.

But i do have one hope, and ill explain it,
remember last year both during and at the end of BB3, us seasoned fans(most of us anyway) were going around to message boards spouting our hatred of 70% of the cast(a first for me personally with Big Brother), well lets just pray that this year they are a likeable lot and that this series contains that promised "warmth" like BB2.

Another thing i get on Launch night is the inevitable jealousy, you think to yourself, ooooh i wish i was in there, but i think for many of us, being hardcore fans, being in there would be a totally different reality than what we expect, the fact is i think most of us know too much about it, and would expect it to be one way and then it of course would be another.

I shall be excited all day eagerly awaiting the start.

Will rush home from work ... set myself up with some snacks, turn the answerphone on and settle down for an evening/night in front of the TV. In the breaks I will probably pop in here to see what everyone's elses opinions are of the new HMs

Anyone else think they will feel sad to see the house again and no Alex?

Wonder if there will be changes in camp on this forum this year ... how weird it will be to see people you have always agreed with suddenly not liking your favourite and vise versa

I'd imagine that I would have the TV on, DS article management system open, msn on overdrive talking to Neil and other reporters, video capture card at the ready in case, 2 bottles of water to my left, a big bar of chocolate on my right and my baby daughter latched on for her marathon evening feed.

I'll be doing much the same although I haven't got a video capture card or a baby. I may also substitute the bottles of water for bottles of Stella.

Sat infront of the telly - with the DS:BB RAMS system open, a vat of cheap Soave, an industrial-sized bag of crisps - and praying that there will be at least one new housemate that I really fancy
