I have just called Tiscali to join (I was still paying line renatl to BT) but I was told that this offer is for new customers only. Should that not be written somewhere??

Has anybody who was previously with Homechoice like me, succeeded in getting this offer?

Looks a very good offer if you've got a BT line doesn't it. I wonder what the downsides are? Is it an ongoing offer or just for the first 12 months or whatever?

It doesn't seem to have a time limit... the customer advisor told me that I couldn't join YET as I was an existing Homechoice customer, but once the migration process was over I could take advantage of it as well...
