I noticed last night when setting the recorder for the F1 that all ITV channels now show "Series Timer" .

At last, now let's see over the next few weeks if it's any good.

I'm confused - are you talking about Sky+? Or something else?

My Sky+ box has let me 'Series Link' stuff for ages....

I'm delighted with this. Series link was my main reason for looking for a hard disk recorder in the first place. Still not on FTN though, bt of a chore setting the 10 episodes of The Krypton Factor ths week

Its alright being able to programme via the EPG, but when the programme overruns, as the F1 GP did this week, you still lose the end of the programme?

Yes, it happened to me too. All we need now is for ITV to sign up to "Freeview Playback".

Can't you set 1 or 2 daily ones and cancel them at the end of the week?
