I heard a song today at work and near the end it sounds like The Phantom of the Opera or Rocky Horror, I'm sure one of the lines says "Breast to suck on" or it sounds like that.

It's a great song I just cant remember enough of he lyrics to put it into google.

Right ok it's definately sounding like the organ bit in Phantom of the Opera. I really want to know what this song is so please someone have listened to it.

At the point where the phantom of the opera sample comes in a voice speaks some words that I can't work out, much in the same style as the voice in thriller by Mickey J.

dont know anything about sucking on any breasts in Phantom but it could certainly fit in with Rocky Horror.
Please please try remember some of the words! Might be able to help more then as I am a big fan of both...!!

I know! I know! It's Between My Legs by my fave Rufus Wainwright!

It goes But when the rocket ships all fall, and the bridges, they all buckle

And everybody's packing up their station wagons

There's a number you can call, like a breast that you can suckle

And we quietly will exit as it all is happening

and there's a couple of dahrararararahhh bits from Phantom near the end.

Sorry meant to add, it's on his latest album Release the Stars and his new single is called Rules & Regulations. Also you missed him on Richard & Judy tonight!!!

Erm, sorry, what do you mean, a more modern one - it's on his latest album

There are only the album version and a bootlegged live version, which I doubt is on the radio hehe.

If you have itunes, you'll get it from Release the Stars.

OR, is it possible you're confudling Rufus (who is 30-odd) with his dad Loudon Wainwright III.

I don't know of any other bands to cover it - by the way it's Sian Phillips the actress who does the speaking part at the end.

Go see him on tour (www.rufuswainwright.com) - it is always a fabulous show and a night to remember. And he's auditioning fans to do the spoken part with him on stage!!!!!!!!!
