Sorry if this has already been announced... I couldnt find it anywhere:

The paper says that Cilla takes a new job as a cleaner in a nursing home where she meets pensioner, frisky Frank. He's a wheelchair-bound millionaire and offers Cilla a full-time job as his carer, but only if she moves in with him. Cilla jumps at the offer, ditches Les and the kids and moves in with Frank. He'll be played by actor Keith Clifford, best known for his stint as Billy Hardcastle in Last of the Summer Wine. "Cilla poses provacatively and bends down in front of Frank to make sure he gets a bird's eye view of her bosom and bum. Frank is smitten".

What do you think?
To me it sounds like they've thrown anything together in desperation....

Cilla working as a carer? As if.. Sounds boring and stupid. A bit like Candice's exit. A wasted opportunity.

That does sound rushed, but it's very Cilla.

Sort of leaves the door open a bit too wide though, if you know what I mean.

The door was always going to be left open for her.

If he was a millionaire why would he have the likes of Cilla caring for him? doen't make sense at all.

I was expecting a bit of a better exit for her to be honest. It all sounds rushed.

I don't really think the Street have showed off his acting abilities. I still think any 12 year old schoolkid could do his job.

aww, thats nice of her.
Though I wish Chesney was going with her... I find him very wooden at the moment and too old to do the whole "cute" scenario.

I think Chesney should have more teenagerish storylines now. He's grown out of that 'cute kid' image now. Maybe he starts hanging out with the wrong crowd at school - maybe starts hanging out with David and he gets him in trouble? Just an idea.
