While on holiday in the States, my parents bought T2 for me back to the UK). Unfortunately, when I started watching it, there is a problem with one of the chapters which causes it to pixelate then freeze the DVD player (Pioneer NS-DV55). Its not one of those player incompatibility problems, but definately looks like a defective disc even though I can't see any scratches or marks on the disc at all.

Problem is that they don't remember the name of the shop or anything now, and they can't find the receipt. I have tried looking on the Artisan website but can't find an email address or phone number to contact. Does anyone know who I could get in touch with regarding a replacement disc. Obviously its R1, so no way of changing it in the UK. If anyone has any e-mail addresses, phone numbers, links or suggestions, I'd be most grateful.
