T-Mobile Delay with Texts

Does anyone else have any problems receiving texts over the last week. Sometimes it's taking upto 30mins for a text to come through.

I find that if i send a text to someone and they reply i sometimes have to send another text out to receive their reply.

Do you guys think its a fault with the phone or their network?

What happens if you turn the phone off and on? Does this prompt the message delivery?

Just one question... do you have to pay for delivery reports with a contract t-mobile phone? I know it sounds a stupid question as I never paid for them with my vodafone pay as you talk, just wondered if it was different with contract phones.

Thats what scares me... everything was going so nice. Now everything is going up.
