Bit of lite humour in tonights ep!

Apparantly, when Les goes to jail we should keep our eyes peekled for a great "in-joke".

On the wall of Les’s cell is scrawled ' Free The Weatherfield One' — You might remember this as the name of the "Currant Bun" inspired campaign to clear innocent jailbird Deirdre Rachid in 1998.

Should be good fun to watch out for!!!

I bet poor Les won't have newspapers & politicians campaigning for him like they did for Deirdre.

Anyway. I thought Les had been in prison before, so why is he so shocked about it?

les is shocked because he is innocent. he was about to be released when he had a go at mick in court. this swayed the jury and he was jailed for somethin he didnt do.

I missed it on Wednesday night so caught the repeat on ITV2 today. Didn't see anything on the cell wall although it was dark. I'm beginning to think he'll be kept inside like Steve was and his only visitors will be Kirk & Fizz.

Where is the story going with Claire? She tells Maria she has a boyfriend and Ashley that she hasn't We gonna see a kidnap/deranged nanny story soon?

I expect that Claire told Maria that she had a boyfriend to put her off the scent. It is obvious that she will make a play for Ashley which is why she she told him she hasn't a boyfriend.and the scriptwriters will wait and see if the character will gel with the viewers

Well they DO seem to be recycling old stories a bit at present, so maybe we'll get a remake of the Carmel storyline (which was certainly another fairly gripping one at the time!)

Yes, so we might have Joe Carter being stabbed outside a nightclub (as per Brian Tilsley) and please, please please can Traceyluv electrocute herself with a faulty hairdryer (as per Val Barlow). In fact any dodgy electrical appliance will do. Or a car crash would do. Anything, really I can't believe Traceyluv is going to steal Wally from Blanche

I heard she was going to have a thing with Ashley...they sound quite similar when they speak

Me thinks she could have a connection with Dr. Matt.
A sister perhaps? Then she attempts to kidnap the baby.

Yeah - a good old kidnap story is justified now. I can't imagine Dr Matt just not wanting his own child, but then stranger things happen in soapworld
