They don't call me 'lightning' for nothing.

Or indeed at all.

A man of intellect, who has sussed what Big Brother wants from YOU, for eight weeks we are supposed to hate, hate, hate, then when your loathed one comes up for eviction, we will phone (090****, 25 p a minute) or text (25 p per text) until our phone bills resemble Bolivia's national debt.

Then we get all cuddly and pleasant and we have to think isn't so and so really a nice person, so once again we phone and text until the combined phone bills would pay to put a colony on Mars.

Its all about money.

PS - Just love the way you so carefully pick your words for this post.
Eejay, there's a part of me that hopes we support the same HMs this year

But then again....

I wasn't really taken by any of last year's HMs. I wouldn't set foot in any place that films you in the bathroom - but if I'd been in there, I'd have been counting the hours until I got out - being locked in with that lot 24/7 would be my idea of hell!

I think Sandy was probably the best of a bad bunch. I only voted once (and wish I hadn't because ever since I've been getting junk text messages from all & sundry, so I expect they sell your details on). The eviction head-to-head that got me to vote was Alex v. Spencer - where I voted for Alex because I couldn't stand Spencer. He and Kate were personality-free, 'popular' kids in my opinion & the thought of how smug Spencer would be if he won the vote was what made me do it.

When it came to the final three - out of the bunch I'd probably have liked to see Jade win, just because of the sheer amount of bad press she'd had (it is only a game after all - I couldn't understand why people were so nasty to Adele - even Tim was a figure of fun yes - but hatred?) I didn't like Johnny, Spencer, Kate and Lee - the rest didn't exactly thrill me either but I always kept in mind that I was watching the 'highlights' and that we all have our off moments where we aren't perfect. Admittedly, most of that lot were considerably less than perfect! Still, even though I couldn't take to them - I'm a people watcher, so curiosity kept me watching, if not voting!

I try to stay neutral but my normal plan hit a setback last year after just half a minute when i took an instant hatred to the middle aged Geordie with spiky hair and decided to kick my Telly out of the window.

as soon as he opened his stupid gob to come out with some genius about all 'aving a guud laaf an all stey in touch, marra' that was it i turned Green on the spot and didn't unclench my fists for ten weeks

Can't really blame a man for his accent. We northerners didn't hold it against the Essex pinup for sounding like Henry's cat.

I'm not blaming his accent ,i just thought that'd give you a better feel, trust me you had to be watching.

I quite like Northern accents, they sound common and authentic

and that Vic Reeves is very good at times

nah more like a hip young toddler, his knee length cotton trousers wouldn't have looked out of place in the playground either

do you think he was slightly over-compensating?
