Then we get all cuddly and pleasant and we have to think isn't so and so really a nice person, so once again we phone and text until the combined phone bills would pay to put a colony on Mars.

I wasn't really taken by any of last year's HMs. I wouldn't set foot in any place that films you in the bathroom - but if I'd been in there, I'd have been counting the hours until I got out - being locked in with that lot 24/7 would be my idea of hell!

I think Sandy was probably the best of a bad bunch. I only voted once (and wish I hadn't because ever since I've been getting junk text messages from all & sundry, so I expect they sell your details on). The eviction head-to-head that got me to vote was Alex v. Spencer - where I voted for Alex because I couldn't stand Spencer. He and Kate were personality-free, 'popular' kids in my opinion & the thought of how smug Spencer would be if he won the vote was what made me do it.

When it came to the final three - out of the bunch I'd probably have liked to see Jade win, just because of the sheer amount of bad press she'd had (it is only a game after all - I couldn't understand why people were so nasty to Adele - even Tim was a figure of fun yes - but hatred?) I didn't like Johnny, Spencer, Kate and Lee - the rest didn't exactly thrill me either but I always kept in mind that I was watching the 'highlights' and that we all have our off moments where we aren't perfect. Admittedly, most of that lot were considerably less than perfect! Still, even though I couldn't take to them - I'm a people watcher, so curiosity kept me watching, if not voting!

I try to stay neutral but my normal plan hit a setback last year after just half a minute when i took an instant hatred to the middle aged Geordie with spiky hair and decided to kick my Telly out of the window.
