Flirt, bitch, shag, back-stab your way to victory is BB3's Sophie Pritchard's advice to the BB4 HMs.

Sophie asserts that...''The lesson I learned is that being nice gets you nowhere, but being a bitch or a bastard gets you somewhere....... Having sex on screen might have kept me in the house a bit longer, but what would have kept me in is me telling Jade Goody she was a ****......''

More Here !!!

I'll not pass judgement on Sophie's advice until I've read Mesostim's take on this.

Oh I know her words will upset some people.....But the fact is she's completely right.......

The fact is being nice doesn't pay off at all........Sophie should just have told Jade where to get off....taking into consideration at that time Jade was rightly unpopular before the great Adelle stitch up calling Jade a few well chosen words would have been the key to longevity.....

....Except that little bit of pschometry with the ring did make Sophie look a bit pretentious...and there was that Ibiza business......nonetheless....calling Jade a **** would have been a winning ploy.....

I have to admit, I was hoping Sophie would have thumped all of them at the time. Jade, PJ etc.

Someone should tell her that it was because she was boring as well, and had terrible taste in men. But she was relatively nice.

but she wouldn't have been boring if she'd decked Jade, she would have been my hero!!

Wait until you see what Emzi has to say about this in the first column on Friday....

I don't hold back....

its typical Sophie. She was as nervous as anything, bored everyone to tears, was petrified to confront anyone, and a year on shes no different. I like the girl but like Catalina Im always waiting for her to come to her senses but still no sign of it.

What does Sophie actually do now? I liked her, but I'm slightly surprised to see she has pressing work commitments that prevent her marriage to Lee. Mind you, I don't blame her for putting him off...

I suppose what she gained from being nice is that she left with her dignity intact, unlike so many!!

Good on her. She was my favourite in BB3 but she did lack the inner confidence to stand up for herself. This 'being nice' thing usually means not having the confidence to actually do what you really want to do IMHO.

Sophie had plenty of opportunities to tell that ignorant fat slapper to 'do one'. She bottled them all.

Even the strategist Adele finally waded into the blubbermonster - but alas - all too late

more of the same Zoom. She should have surprised Tim that time she walked by after the outside shower, when he was sitting at the jail table with Adele and Jade. Instead she was F*ing and blinding fickly to Kate outside. Shes only got herself to blame with her self esteem boring eveyone to tears. I think I would have told her to shut up myself, and I liked her.

Sad to see that stupid article shes just done a year later. And to still be with Lee????? He sounded ok on the James Whale show I suppose. He will look after her. I would expect most senbsible girls to steer clear of him however:sleep:

I didn't know she was still with Lee! Although I disagree with her choice but then all I can say Love is blind. If that is what she wants then good luck to her.

yeah the article said they were getting wed. He seemed ok on the James Whale show. Cant say I had much confidence in his love for Sophie in his farewell preparations for eviction night. Looked to me like he was more interested in Adele

Anyway, I believe theres a strong girl there somewhere but the article she just did is as stupid and low self-esteemed as she behaved in Big Brother

Yep right on the money Goodfella - low self-esteem - I reckon thats the key to our Sophie. Maybe she had over dominant parents or something - or maybe she was even abused by someone in her formative years. Something's the cause.

As for her relationship with Lee - I never could stand him - but maybe Sophie needs an overt 'protector' as a mate.

Whatever I wish her loads of luck for the future

if she does have low self esteem .........it could have nothing to do with the above and personally i find presumptions like abuse very disturbing

This is the guy who kisses his arms and says "Westside" all the time.

I pity any kids that may come along - you don't get a Derby winner out of a donkey .....

Why disturbing Rachel? Such things are the reality of a lot of people's lives and they do leave scars on the poor victims. I wasn't presuming either - merely suggesting possibilities, Maybe she bombed out at age 4 in the Nativity Play and carried the fear of that happening again deep in her psyche. I don't know obviously.

But I do know that not discussing things that we personally find disturbing, despicable and not defendable is the glue that keeps a lot of people trapped for most of their lives.

i have no objection to discuss anything that is disturbing despicable and disgusting about abuse ....i do know these things are a reality of life and saying that these "poor victims" have low self esteem .....they could be stronger people then you or i for what they have suffered

what i have a problem with is that had sophie gone into BB3 and stated shed been abused then fine but for you to presume on a whim about someone just because they didnt argue with someone on national TV then that is dispicable and disturbing
