My friend has one, and I hope to get one eventually. THey are often out of stock which is a problem. however its a great speaker system. It does charge the vision M , sound quality is excellent, you get a remote control, you can add extra bass boost from the speaker system direct, you get an additional radio antenna and lead to connect it to TV if you want to watch stuff on your MP4 through TV. Price does seem steep but is probably the best thats out there for the Vision M. I think it worth it from what i've seen
