Trying to find a song

OK, this might not help, but I'm sure it's a 90s sort of song, and it's got clapping in the background, going da-da-da-da.

It usually plays when there's a clip of a famous celebrity going shopping for jewellry and fashion, and I'm sure it has a chorus like "that's what I want" or something like that. I think it's got a similar beat to The Beatles' "Money (That's What I Want)". Can anybody help?
