You are sooo bad but you have made me laugh so much.

Interesting point abou thte desing of the house though - of course with those stairs then people in wheelchairs were discriminated from being chosen.

Mmmm that ain't right. It's C4 taking an easy way out IMO.

I take the point about wheelvhair access and would say are there not health and safety regulations that Channel 4 are breaking by NOT providing wheelchair access. But I would remind people there are handicaps that do not involve wheelchairs and would be perfectly able to participate in the full BB experience.

It may have been a joke, wee scabby thing may have something to do with Endemols decision. They are scared to death of the reaction of the papers etc. if on day one the rest of house all nominated 'blind' Johnny or 'deaf' Jane.

I htink Pitmans point was that those woudl be the words of the person with Tuerretts, not the other way round, but yes you have a point.

But I think C4 are more worried aobut the "inconvenience" than the reaction. But think how effective in having say a blind or deaf perosn on could have on teh way we as teh general public perceive day to day life of peopel who may be differnt form us in some way. it coudl blow a lot of prejudices away.

**Sorry for dodgy editing of your post but I am not very good with splitting quotes etc.**

Channel 4 are then in dereliction of duty or whatever the legal phrase is. I am fairly certain if they had the same attitude to any offices they have they would be in a lot of trouble.

I agree it could blow away a lot of prejudices and its about time they tried.

I agree Hamlet77 - and I'm pretty sure there is some legislation about making new buildings accessible for peopel - ie if you have stairs you must provide a lift etc - maybe they do have that.

Anyway - sorry we seem to have turned a "no gay people" topic into a "no people with disabilities" thread.

So t get back on topic. i do believe if thre are no gay people then its a bit off really.

I'm sure there are lots of groups of twelve people who are either all white, all asian, chinese whatever - equally I'm sure there are groups of twelve people where no-one happens to be gay...

I'm actually quite glad the only token they've gone with is the token fattie...they never seem to quite get teh balance right of token person and token person who actually deserves t obe there

Yes, I do agree it is wrong there is no gay contestant. Have we had confirmation that the entire house is straight though? I don't have E4, I mean BB2 had Brian mincing from the start so it was obvious, and if I may say so rather a obvious of BB to say 'look we have a gay man in the house'.

And I too apologise for hijacking this thread.

My money would also go on Federico, if any.

However, we all thought Alex was gay last year and gay is one thing he wasn't!

Any ideas on what the G stands for in this quote off the updates?
Tania mentions that she watched the last BB series and that there's 'a really nice mix' inside the current house. 'There isn't a 'G' in here and I don't think we should be bitchy', she tells Jon before mentioning that being bitchy isn't her character.

I can't believe nobody's mentioned Scott yet who is lovely and works as a "marketing co-ordinator" which sounds like a pretty gay job to me . Let's just hope the weather improves and he starts taking his shirt off a bit.

And then there's Steph who I don't fancy of course but looks like a lesbian anyway. And she's got two dogs so that's her banged to rights.

Richard.

Just like to say - Steph (ex footballer's wife) is probably not gay as she said just said she bought a packet of condoms to take into the house.

Wouldn't surprise me....I think he's really cute and would probably fancy him if I saw him in a club which means he's almost certainly gay as I tend to end up fancying gay guys (Hell why do I always pick 'em....??? Why is it never the guys who like girls that I fancy????)

I wonder if she meant me - cos I aint in there - maybe she was saying "There isnt GG in here."

I reckon thats it

perhaps give Heaven and the Astoria a miss one week

try the Cattle Exchange in Lewisham High St,it's a blinding little club, the Erection section is still hugely popular, and take an ugly mate with you
