Hi folks...

I tried recording Eastenders earlier and got the error message <<disk is dirty>> and the unit froze.

It didn't record either. Problem is I haven't used any disks so not sure what is dirty.

I've only had the unit a month.

Has anyone else come across this and what is the best way to deal with this.

Sounds like your hard drive in the unit as died, best you should take it back to the place your got it from, and get it replaced quick.

The hard disk is ok as when eastenders finished the unit switched back on and is normal.

I don't get it. I will speak to the shop but never seen that error before.
