Tiscali TV link has appered on the tiscali website. No news on the new box but there are some new offers on the site.

New offers include 8MB, Base pack TV, free weekend phone calls and line rental for £19.99.

Seems a very good offer to me.

Just wanna know when it will be available in Liverpool now.

Edit: Sorry I put that you get Big pack with this offer but on looking at the site again it looks like it is Base pack. Not sure how much Big pack will be, dosn't say. Still not bad value when you think line rental is included.

Just had a look. They've also now got a Tiscali TV demo thing on the site.

What I find strange is that they don't even mention Sky One etc. coming soon. I would've thought that as they seem to be gearing up to some sort of launch, they'd at least say that the Sky channels will be joining shortly...

Tiscali very rairly give advance notice of stuff.

On the principle that what you don't promise you can't be hung for, I guess.

plus they haven't released how its gonna slip into the packages. I wouldn't be surprised if these sky channels were not included in the base pack.

Well the Base Pack Channels tend to be those that are available Free to Air on Freeview anyway so Sky Three and Sky News/Sports News (until Sky turn them off of course)

I would expect any other channels (including Sky One) to be in the Big Pack at the very least. The question is how much extra will they ask you to pay...

I dont think the price of the big pack will rise as many base pack subscribers will be attracted to the offer of Sky One
