Surround sound help

We have a Samsung lcd tv LE32RF which we have just connected Acoustic solutions AS134 to. We cannot get the volume to work with the remote control, either the Sky one or the one we got with the tv. Any help would be appreciated.

The samsung remote will work the TV, the sky remote will work the TV (if set up correctly), the AS134 can only be operated by the AS remote, surely - or have i misunderstood your question.

Thanx for you reply, unfortunately I'm very stupid and as this sound system doesnt have a remote (which I would have known if I had read some reviews on it) I was thinking my tv remote would turn it up and down.
