Ah, but I thought that the whole point of the ring was that no-one could
control it. Even Gos - it would have controlled him in the end, so I
don't think this argument is valid.

Personally I lean towards the rings being with the federico. Has there been
a vote on it btw? Another point on that sides favour is that I can't
imagine Nush cutting off the one ring and then leaving the other nine
still on Sissys hands.

well I cant claim the credit really, it really was down to Jon. Wonder where he is now?

I hope I dont have the FBI knocking on my door now, since my IP has now been logged on that site. There really are some weird folk out there

I don't think the FBI bother to keep close watch on people logging in to read Lord of the Rings parody threads on US contemporary literature message boards, but if it's any consolation, your IP's been logged on this site too, as it uses the same software (vBulletin).

trying to make out that stuff was illegal. It should be ! I dont understand how they can go on interpreting the same books.

Talking of which..Iain on RI:SE this morning was mocking Jon about Dungeons and Dragons and spoke of Ninth Level Clerics........Now how would you know that if he's never played it himself????
