I can remember her doing that to Amanda several weeks ago when Carole was writing the shopping list and Amanda spoke to her about adding something.

Admittedly, several people were talking at once to her, but it was the rude and curt way she snapped and snarled at Amanda (and none of the others) and told her to go away that was shocking.

Amanda did a very good job of the shopping list on her own on another occasion. She also excelled at the swimming task, putting a lot of the others to shame. And she did the hot dog task with great good humour and without complaint. She is a great enthusiast and joiner-in and, like both of the twins, very capable in a number of ways.

Carole herself is higly capable in a variety of ways, but she is that archetypal figure that is both capable and has to be in charge. Could it be that she has decided that the twins are too capable, too strong, so they could become a threat and she therefore needs to curb them? Is that why she has started all this speculation about separating them and about how Sam would do better in the house on her own than Amanda? Look out, Amanda.

the toothpaste rant, went on for over an hour one day,

yesterday when she sat on the bed and told ziggy to finish with chanelle cos shes had enough

feeding ziggy lines to say to chanelle when he is breaking up with her

oh yes practically dancing with joy when she thought chanelle was leaving today

her being horrible to chanelle, telling her thats it etc etc, taking issue with chanelle cos she asked about cheese, her constant blanking of chanelle these days

oh yes her row with nicky, carole ranting shouting and screaming for 20 minutes, sooo much she got red and puffed up in the face with it (cut to bits on HL's - shock)

Chanelle is Carole's number one target at the moment. She has been trying all week to force her out the door. Chanelle was really fragile after the violin task and considering leaving for good. It looked as if Gerry and Ziggy had talked her into staying.

Cue an hour long barrage of complaints from Carole going back weeks, detailing all the things Carole disliked about Chanelle. She was trying to break her while she was at her most desolate and finally force her out the door. Very cruel and relentless and yet not shown.

Carole is an evil woman in my eyes. She's constantly got it in for Chanelle, I don't even like Chanelle that much but I still feel she doesn't deserve the treatment that Carole gives her.

The way when she's on her own and she comes out with that awful chuckle, and starts speaking about what Big Brother has done to stir things up and she says she loves it.

On the Couch tonight, they were talking about her picture and Carole's desire to be the mother of the house etc. Some ****ing mother, who throws their daughter out in the street and is so snide and backstabbing to thoe she doesn't like.

Saying how she hates people to isolate a person and refuse to see said persons good side, then in the same day telling Chanelle not to speak to her andd giving her the same treatment as Nicky.

After a foam fight one night between Ziggy and the twins she huffed and puffed and moaned about foam on the floor. She ordered the twins to go and tell Ziggy to clean it up. They protested, logically and firmly, trying to say why doesn't she ask him. She wouldn't listen to them-just kept talking over them saying "Well, I wasn't involved-you were". You could hardly hear the twins speaking back. Charley said "What they're trying to say Carole, is why don't you ask him yourself". She went on and on and then the argument between her and Ziggy erupted. He said she had double standards and she got very irate, stomped off saying "Well, at least we know where we stand then".

I've paraphrased.

For making people feel they have to ask her permission before getting something to eat. Who's she to tell anyone they can't eat anyway.

Especially when she looks likes she's spent her whole life eating more than her fair share.

She's even worse than I thought. Haven't got 24/7 feed so I haven't heard of all these examples.

I've watched all UK BBs and no one has made me half as annoyed as this woman.

Excellent thread but I think I may have to visit in moderation or I might explode.

I'm so glad you guys have seen what I spotted right from the start. Whatever I think about the other HMs, she's been playing a game. Lesley spotted it at first. She wondered why Carole was cooking and cleaning like a mad woman. She recognised that Carole was trying to ingratiate herself with the other HMs.

Next was the group meetings, where Carole did her passive agressive act and stormed off when anyone said anything to interrupt her - which totally ruined the early group meetings.

Next was the "I'm not your friend anymore" speech - to Nicki and later to Chanelle - making them insecure and wondering what the bloody hell they had done.

Also was the fake crying. A grown woman of her age bursting into tears (although bursting is the wrong word - it was more like creasing her eyes and trying to force a tear drop out and putting on a wobbly voice) is a load of crap.

She's an avid BB watcher. She knows how to play the game. She's trying to keep the boys on her side - doing the "Mother" routine. This was her plan all along. The mothering crap was started at the beginning. She couldn't quite do it while Lesley was there but she went full on when Lesley left.

Nikki was cooking from the start but Carole muscled in as best she could. Nikki was being obsessive admittedly, but Carole had a plan to do the cooking and cleaning from the start and Nikki was spoiling it so she started the drip-drip venom attack on Nikki and finally got into the kitchen.

Her "motherly advisor" role with Ziggy is extremely questionable. He's a snake but she's a big fat Jabba the Hut bitch for being part of it. She knows what she's doing - far more than Ziggy realises.

I must stop ranting - sorry.

Telling Chanelle last night (Sunday) that she WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE which of the HWHers she wanted in the house - Chanelle only asked out politeness because Carole mentioned loudly that she had made up her mind and everyone else ignored her - and then getting Ziggy on his own and telling him who she wanted and who he should want

(She doesn't want Amy because she is "judgemental" or Kara because she thinks Kara would nominate her but likes Jonty because he is "a typical English eccentric" )

Later she mangled clothes by the pool at 4.00 in the morning to keep an eye on Ziggy and the twins who were playing in the water. She's just creepy

Breaking down in tears, with the croaky 'I'm just so tired, I can't take it anymore, leave me alone', when challenged in anyway whasoever. Enjoying the fact that Chanelle will be jealous of new attractive hm Amy, her hate campaign against Nicky, and her sending people to Coventry on a regular basis.

One of the posters on 'Shut Up Carole!' thread has posted a whole collection of Carole's LF nastiness on youtube. Scan through the thread, the links are there. I think the poster is hug5ie, and the title of the clips either 'the REAL Carole', or 'the REAL Catroll'.

Carole (or should that be Carlo?) is the secret 'bitchy' mole who has a big secret, bigger than Nadia's because it's not been chopped off yet! 'She' is probably a male TV.* She certainly has a game plan and it is to be the house Hong Kong Phooey - the mild-mannered janitor who is really the super-hero.

She has been quite cruel in 'blanking' HMs without much reason, yet she had something of an alliance with Charley - perhaps recognising that their game-plans were so different that they were not a threat to each other.
Nikki was a threat, as were Lesley and Jonathon - she wanted to be the oldest HM.

witness her talking complete bollox during the bush-tucker trials - and at other times - she wants to appear knowledgeable and gets away with talking rubbish - she has an instinct for what games people are playing, but she also lacks general knowledge - I'd put her EQ higher than her IQ.

Her game-play is pretty rough - she is a 'bruiser' in the house.

I think she was scared of Charley. She soon slagged her off once she had left the house.

I think she IS hated by the public - I for one cannot abide the woman, she is almost witchlike - and that is being rude to witches.......

You know what I got really annoyed at? When carole argued incessantly AT gerry about how CHARLEY hadn't hoovered the bedroom...she was acting as though it was his fault!!!! madness

agreed, she very, very manipulative and controlling. You only have to search for stories about her to see that her behaviour is the same outside of the house too.

Only the carole-way can ever be the right way. Sooner she goes the better.
