Seemed a bit 'out-of-character' to me, seeing Curly lock Emma out & throwing her clothes out of the window. More like something the Battersby's/Macdonald's/Duckworth's would do.
Come to think of it, I think they have done in the past.

They seem to have got a few characters out-of-character recently!

I hate to disagree but I think Curly is the one who is acting out of character being so nasty and spiteful to Emma. OK so she made a mistake but as her husband I think Curly should have helped her through it instead of turning all sanctimonious. I'm gald he's going!

Well I cant see how they would split them up...unless one of them died/fell over got amnesia and went away...I cant see either of those two having an affair!

The curly and emma story lines getting old very fast. I'm a little fed up with curly who is depressed all year round.

I'm well on emma's side and the clothes out the window was little bit extreme, what a drama queen. The little skit after it where curly was speaking to ben like "I think we'll pack some more of mummys clothes"-Little bit psycho! If i were her i would kick down the door grab ben and arrest curly for breach of the piece.

And just out of curiosity what happened with the story between lucy and peter. Although at least emma and curly don't cry constantly like shelly when shes goin to find out.

I'm with Curly's character on this one (it is only a telly prog, after all). If my wife had intentionally lied about someone in order to a) get someone imprisoned and b) to cover the back of someone else who didn't deserve it, I'd probably act the same way (or something like it).

I hope the police brutality/false imprisonment storyline ends with the victim being released without prejudice and the 2 bent coppers getting what they deserve. Although this doesn't normally happen in real life.

Yep...very true. When was the last time Curly smiled (without being sarcastic)?

...If i were her i would kick down the door grab ben and arrest curly for breach of the piece...
...and perhaps in the process, give Curly a good beating...purely in self-defence of course.

The sooner Curly and Emma go the better. I'm pleased it will be left open for Curly to return but Emma will be no loss. It would have been far better if she had been less than convincing in her testimony and the jury given Les the benefit of the doubt and acquitted him. Then Les could have made Emma's life a misery and she would leave. Mick should have been grilled by senior officers and finally concede that he went too far. That would get rid of him. Curly could then get together with Sunitta. I could go on...................

Its about Sunitta had some fun. She could still have the affair with Curly (interesting plot twist with Dev on the receiving end for a change) but still marry Dev. Come to think about it isn't Boyzone coming back to the Street? Sunitta should be the centre of attention for once and revel in it. I loved the way she sent Tracyluv packing from the shop on Monday night
